March is National Nutrition Month

Elder Options joins the Florida Department of Health and other agencies within Alachua County in recognizing March as National Nutrition Month.

 

 

 

 

 

The event, sponsored by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, theme for 2017, “Put Your Best Fork Forward”, serves as a reminder that making small changes in food choices can add up over time to big health benefits.
